Most purchase orders are accepted.

Shipping and Handling Policies
Most orders received by 3 pm will be shipped the same day via ground service and will arrive within 2-7 business days.
A street address is required for all shipments
No PO Boxes.
If you need your order by a specific date, you must email or call us to discuss your request.
Rush deliveries cannot be made on the website.
Additional shipping charges will be added to the standard shipping charge.

Shipping rates are based upon the weight and size.

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Woodslamp.net is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange between the United States and other countries.
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Woodslamp.net the recipient is the importer of
record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be
subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by
the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your
local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
If you wish to return an item you may receive a refund only for the original purchase price of the merchandise minus any transaction fees (including bank wire and
merchant fees, shipping charges, duties and taxes, insurance). See additional Return Policies.
Shipping charges , taxes and duty are non-refundable and the customer will absorb all applicable fees.
If you happened to receive a free shipping offer and you return or refuse the order, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
All merchandise must be shipped back to Woodslamp.net via a trackable shipping method. Woodslamp.net shall not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred during
Orders refused or cancelled after order has been shipped will be charged a 25% cancellation fee plus All shipping costs, taxes and duty. If you refuse a shipment from
Woodslamp.net, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and all costs of returning the package to
Woodslamp.net, including bank wire and merchant fees, return shipping costs and any taxes and duty. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Pennsylvania sales tax will be charged on all orders that ship to the state of Pennsylvania. Please contact us if you are PA sales tax exempt for instructions.

All products and equipment on this website is intended to be sold to and used by "licensed professionals only."
It is your responsibility to understand the scope of your licensure in your state, and therefore the rules, regulations and guidelines of your licensing board relating to
your area of practice. We will not be liable for any negative result or outcome you or your clients suffer from the information provided in the products and services. You
are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from accessing, ordering or using our products and services. If any liability is found on the part of us, it will be
limited to the amount paid for products and services only. You cannot sue for punitive or consequential damages.
Do not sign for shipments until you have thoroughly inspected for damage.
Visible damage to cartons must be noted on the freight bill.
All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Original packaging must be kept in order to be replaced.
Failure to do so will result replacement solely at our option.
Most equipment carried by Woodslamp.net comes with a limited 1-year manufacturers warranty.
All equipment purchased from Woodslamp.net is to be used and operated by qualified, trained professionals ONLY.
This limited warranty does not cover the damage caused in transit, improper installation, improper or excessive use, or any alteration.
All warranties are limited to repair or replacement, to the original purchaser, and remain at our discretion.
Use of replacement parts provided by other manufacturers or not authorized by us may affect equipment performance and voids all product warranties.
Warranty service is provided by woodslamp.net and requires that the product be shipped and delivered to our authorized service agent for repair.
The warranty does NOT cover shipping charges to and from our repair center.
Customers must receive an Authorization for Repair number before shipping product to our service center.
All repaired items will be returned to the customer by either either Fed Ex, USPS or UPS.
Woodslamp.net is not responsible for any consequential damages resulting from equipment failure or service delays.
The warranty does not cover any burned out or broken bulbs nor does it include the bulb cover on the woods lamp.
Woodslamp.net warranty does not cover your purchase from another retailer.
For purchases made through other retailers: Other retailers after-sales support policies will vary. Please contact the retailer directly from whom you purchased the
product from for their specific guidance on their warranty process.
In the event of defect in materials or workmanship, our obligation shall be limited to free labor and parts for repair or replacement, solely at our option, of any part
for the first year of warranty.
Does not include bulbs or bulb cover.
Merchandise may be returned for a refund within 5 working days of receipt, provided that the merchandise is in new, original condition, the customer has retained all
original materials, accessories, and packaging.
Customers must receive an Authorization Approval number prior to a return, without one we will not accept any packages.
There will be a 25% restocking fee on all items approved for return.
All returns are subject to inspection before approval for a refund.
Absolutely NO returns will be accepted on customized/special ordered merchandise.
Any attempts for a return past the 5-day window will remain at the discretion of Woodslamp.net
No merchandise may be returned after 30 days of shipping date.

Woodslamp.net uses order forms and customer care forms for visitors to express their interest or request information, products and services.
Personal identity information from order forms are used to send orders, information about our company and promotions to our visitors.
We will not give or sell personal identity information to any outside company for its use in marketing or solicitation.
We will maintain the confidentially of your personal identity information. It will be used only to support your customer relationship with Woodslamp.net.
Woodslamp.net was founded due to our need of purchasing high quality Woods lamps and Skin Scopes at a fair price for our anti-aging and skin care practice. We now offer
the same high quality equipment to other professionals at the lowest possible price.
Woodslamp.net is the supplier. We purchase our inventory and take full responsibility for it along with offering our warranty. Woodslamp.net is NOT a Drop Shipper.
